3、凡在我镇规划园区内范围内落户的内外客商投资企业，其企业用地出让价依据地段和征地成本等面议，对于产业拉动性大，科技含量高的项目，其企业用地价格采取一事一议、一企一策、特事特议的办法实行特殊优惠政策。
4、凡在我镇投资的客商，根据需要准予其本人及家属、子女户口进入，其子女入托、入学，参军享受本镇居民同等待遇，连续在本镇区域内企业工作2年以上或购置30平方米以上住宅的人员允许其户口入本镇。
